On January 11th, 2567, the Smile & Smart Center organized a capacity-building workshop for teachers under the Coaching program titled ‘How to Coach Children to Achieve Their Dreams.’ The event took place in Conference Room 1 of Academic Building 3, with 36 interested teachers attending.
During the training, teachers were engaged in practical exercises and learned about concepts, principles, and theories, including the Grow Model framework and the skill of asking positively directed questions to harness their own potential to achieve goals. The training atmosphere was joyous, and participants found the experience valuable and beneficial. They felt that they gained useful knowledge that could be applied in student care. Their satisfaction with the training was notably high, reaching 95.48%, commending the effectiveness of the workshop facilitators in conveying knowledge and fostering understanding.
Additionally, there were suggestions to organize continuous activities. The Smile & Smart Center plans to conduct ongoing capacity-building activities for teachers throughout the academic year.
