On December 2nd, 2023, Associate Professor Dr. Urai Jaraeprapal, Vice President of Walailak University, as the representative of the institution, participated in the signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the “Storytelling Communication Project of the Royal Institution” with sincerity and affection. The ceremony took place at the Volunteer Psychological Operations Center, Region 4, Royal Thai Army, Camp Wachirawut, Region 4, Mueang District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province, in collaboration with seven educational institutions in the southern region, held at the Ruenvithi Club.
